We supply two variety’s of PV (photovoltaic) solar panels; Monocrystalline and Polycrystalline. Both of these perform the same function of capturing the suns energy and converting it into electricity. There are however important differences between them regarding the primary material used in them, Silicon.

Although more expensive, the composition of the Monocrystalline Silicon gives the solar modules that contain it a higher level of
efficiency and power output, making them ideal as an investment throught the Governments Feed-in-Tariff scheme and for areas where space is at a premium.

Our Solar Panels

Monocrystalline Solar Panels

Photovoltaic is the process by which solar panel capture the radiation from the sun and converting it into a usable electrical current. In order to facilitate this a material such as Monocrystalline is used.

Polycrystalline Solar Panels

Polycrystalline Silicon is cheaper to produce, and therefore panels consisting of it are cheaper to purchase, however the power output is lower compared to a Monocrystalline equivalent panel.

All our solar panels are supplied by Future Solar Energy, an industry leader in Photovoltaic technology. All their products are held to the companies firm ethos on reliability with strict tests carried out before the product is certified to MCS specifications for it’s performance and safety.

Keep a close eye on your solar systems output with the stylish monitoring solution that is the Sunny Bean with Bluetooth. The LCD display gives you detailed information on your solar installations performance keeping you up to date on your:

  • Current, daily, monthly and total energy yield
  • Energy yield in Euros or US dollars
  • CO2 savings

Inverters are an important component of any solar installation as they convert the direct current generated by your solar panels into an alternating current which can then be used to power the appliances in your home or be put back into the Grid. Our converters as supplied by SMA a market leader in solar technology so you can be sure your installation will consist of the safest, most efficient and high quality components.

Our Warranty

Our range or solar PV panels are warrantied by the manufacturer to be free from defects in both workmanship and materials for a period of 10 years. If within this period your panels do suffer any defects under their normal application then the affected modules will be either repaired, replaced or fully refunded.

Alongside this your warranty also covers the nominal power output produced by your solar panels, also known as “Pmax”. In the event that your solar panels loose any efficiency this warranty guarantees you that the manufacturer will provide you with additional solar panels to make up for the lost efficience or alternatively a refund if within 12 years your Pmax drops to below 90% or 80% within 25years.
