Weekly Solar PV Installations (23rd-29th April 2012)
As every Wednesday, Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) has updated the Weekly Solar PV Installations and Capacity Statistics. Check the table below to see the data corresponding to the week ending in 29th April 2012.
Although the number of registrations has increased over the last two weeks in comparison with the first half of April, the number of Solar Photovoltaic Installations in the UK has continued dropping down since new Feed-in Tariffs started.
In a nutshell, the number of Solar Photovoltaic Installations registered on the MCS Database between 23rd and 29th April 2012 is 1,394, making a total of 314,464 Solar Photovoltaic Installations in all the UK until that date. The total capacity installed increased 4.4 MW, standing at 1,07 GW right now.
These results are still provisional, as the latest registrations have to be reviewed and updated. For any enquiries, don’t hesitate in contact us or directly to DECC Statistics Department.
